These cases are unresolved and assigned to the investigators at the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department

In April of 2003, 31 year old Christine Julian aka Christine Lopez was reported missing by her family. Due to her life style, it was believed that alcohol or drugs may have contributed to her disappearance. Family members also believed Christine may have moved to Wisconsin to live with her biological father. Christine never arrived at her father’s home and is still missing. Christine worked at Knockouts and Baby Dolls. In July of 2008, Christine Julian was legally declared deceased. Her daughter and family are still seeking information in her disappearance which they believe contributed to her death.
On November 30, 1984 at approximately 0400 hours, the body of 21 year old Richard Baca, a white male, was discovered inside a vehicle destroyed by fire. The burned vehicle was a 1974 Chevrolet Monte Carlo sedan. The vehicle was recovered at the intersection of Williams and Prosperity SW in Albuquerque, NM. Investigators learned this fire was intentionally set, causing the death of Richard Baca.
Maria Padilla left her residence at 7:00 a.m. on May 5, 1985 for her daily walk. Family members reported her missing later that evening when she failed to return home. On May 6, 1985 Maria’s family began a search along Maria’s normal path, along the ditch bank on the east side of the Bosque from the Rio Bravo Bridge northward. Family members found the victim approximately one mile north of the Rio Bravo Bridge in the Bosque. Victim Maria Padilla died of multiple traumas to the head and neck. In 2009, the unknown suspect was linked to a similar homicide in Santa Fe, NM.
Deputies were dispatched to a crime scene on September 23, 1986 at approximately 6:00 pm. Jesus Contreras, a 43-year old Hispanic male, was found dead ½ mile north of Don Felipe Rd., in an open field. Investigators believe Mr. Contreras was drinking and hanging out with a small group of individuals prior to his death. The victim died from a penetrating neck wound that caused extensive bleeding.

During the very early morning of September 10, 1987, Rojo Reydecle was fatally wounded inside his home by approximately three males. The victim and his family resided at 2225 Raymack SW in Albuquerque. The three males used force to gain access to the home and threatened to kill the entire family. They spoke in Spanish while making demands to the wife and her children. The individuals responsible for the home invasion fired guns while inside the residence. Rojo was found on the floor bleeding and motionless, he died from multiple stab wounds to the chest.
